Our approach

We start small, put it into production, and stay until you can run it yourselves.

No six-month analysis phase. We connect to one system, show something that works within the first few weeks, and expand from there — with you owning both the data and the setup.

Four phases — and an exit

Timeline · typically 12 weeks to full production

PHASE 0 · WEEK 1 Access and key figures PHASE 1 · WEEKS 2–4 First live overview PHASE 2 · WEEKS 5–8 Controls and budget PHASE 3 · ONGOING Operation and handover WE BUILD YOU RUN IT

How we work

One system first

We start with the source that gives the most overview per day spent — usually bookkeeping or the bank.

Short path to production

Something that works and is used within a few weeks, rather than a perfect proposal in six months.

Few numbers

Three key figures management can remember. The breakdown sits underneath for those who need to dig.

Your data, your server

We build on your structure and your access. Nothing gets locked in with a vendor.

One point of contact

Write in the chat. No ticket numbers, no waiting for a weekly status email.

Exit built in

Documentation and handover from day one — so you can say stop without losing anything.

What we need from you

Very little, but it has to be there: read access to the systems, one contact person who knows the chart of accounts, and a management team willing to act on what the numbers show. The rest is on us.

  • Read access for the whole period
  • One contact person per company
  • Knowledge of the chart of accounts
  • A management team willing to decide
  • Access to your own server
  • Honesty about what doesn't work

A setup that only runs while we are there is not a solution. It is a dependency with a new name.
